Lost! And You And I Quite Crestfallen

So last night on Lost I found out that Charlotte Lewis' middle name is "Staples." Since not many people have that middle name, it caught my attention and I immediately made the connection to someone else who shares the initials "C.S. Lewis."
Not only that, but after doing some further digging I found that Lost is full of characters-named-after-philosophers. Some of them I already knew, and some of them are downright obscure. Such as...
Danielle Rousseau:
Jean Jacques Rousseau:Desmond David Hume:
David Hume:
Locke's Jerk-Wad of a Dad:
Anthony Cooper:

John Locke:
Well this one's easy enough:
And yes, I am aware that I misquoted in the title. Thank you.

C.S. Lewis was actually Clive Staples. Just so you know.

Also see [John] Calvin & [Thomas] Hobbes.

Also not on the list but apparently worth mentioning: Mikhail Bakunin (A.K.A.- The scary one-eye-Russian dude.)
